lamb and pork is
supplied by local
supplier Sam
Howarth, who
carefully selects
prime heifer beef which is then hung for
a minimum of 21 days to guarantee
tenderness and flavour. We also sell
local beef and lamb from Crowthers of
Greenfield.

Hygiene Award
Neil Mellor Butchers has been awarded
a level five, the highest rating possible,
for food hygiene by Oldham Council. A
business with a five rating has a fully
documented HACCP based system
and includes a system of self-inspection
and verification coupled with very good
structure and hygiene practices.
We supply meat, poultry, sausage and bacon to hotels, restaurants, pubs,
golf clubs, nursing homes, etc.
